Elaine Sadler is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, author, speaker, and life coach who has called Talbot County home for 36 years. Her debut book, Thy Kingdom Come, draws on the timeless words of the Lord's Prayer to offer hope, healing, and practical guidance for everyday mental and emotional well-being. Rooted in faith and grounded in clinical expertise, Elaine's mission is to help others find peace in the presence of God — even on the hardest nights.

Elaine Sadler is a familiar face in the Talbot County community. Raised in the church from an early age, her roots in the Christian faith run deep, and her journey has taken her from the pews of her childhood to the stages of popular ministry teams, where she traveled and served alongside others called to spread the Gospel.

Returning to that same calling has shaped her professional life. Elaine holds dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor — a rare and powerful combination that allows her to meet people at the intersection of faith and mental health. For years, she has walked alongside individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the quiet struggles that rarely get spoken aloud. As a speaker and life coach, she brings that same warmth and insight to audiences both large and small.

Her debut book, Thy Kingdom Come, was born out of the most honest of places — those long, restless nights when her own thoughts threatened to overwhelm her and God seemed impossibly far away. Rather than turn away from that pain, Elaine leaned into it, and what she found was the Lord’s Prayer. Not just as a liturgical recitation, but as a living framework for mental and emotional wholeness. In Thy Kingdom Come, she takes readers through each petition of this beloved prayer and reveals how its ancient words speak directly to our modern struggles — offering a path back to peace, one line at a time.

Elaine Sadler lives in Talbot County, Maryland, where she continues to counsel, coach, speak, and write — firmly rooted in the community and the faith that have shaped every chapter of her life.
